This is far and way the most horrible experience I have ever had with a medical office. Words cannot describe how awful their timeliness in communication is. My insurance company attempted to contact them twice, and all they did was point fingers as to why they were not able to be contacted by them.

Turned me down to treat me because I raised an issue about the fact that my insurance company denied the claim, and insurance company attempted to contact them and they were non-responsive. The surgery scheduler is also incompetent, when initially returning my phone call to schedule the surgery she hadn't even looked at my file to know which surgery I was receiving, and almost scheduled me to the wrong surgery center as a result. Absolutely horrible office, avoid at all costs.
