I was very happy with my experience at Primera. My initial consultation covered everything I wanted to know. I was confident going into surgery day that everything was going to go well. Recovery went very smoothly, and instructions for recovery were well explained. Even with the swelling I noticed a change right away. I went from having absolutely no chin to having a normal looking profile. One year after the procedure I am very happy with the results and the healing. I would absolutely recommend Dr. Gross if you are planning this or any procedure.
