Pros: fullness, firmness, lifting effect. Cons: awkward to sleep on your stomach. After breastfeeding, I was unhappy with the elongated shape of my breasts.

Since I was already a small c-cup, I was trying to decide between a lift and implants (I couldn't afford both). After my consult, I opted for 350cc saline high profile implants, putting me at a small d-cup.

I must say recovery was much more painful than expected. I'm a tough gal but the incisions sting/itch like MAD and my pecs felt severely bruised- like they had been run over by a truck. The swelling was immense and I remember crying thinking I'd gone too big. I formed scar tissue in my right breast, which my AWESOME doc removed at no extra cost.

2 1/2 years later, I'm still so happy with them. They look incredible and feel surprisingly natural. Best $ I ever spent!!!!
