“Rhinoplasty Scheduled on May 11 - Orem, UT”
Spent: $5,800 in Orem, UT
I am scheduled to have rhinoplasty, breast augumentation, and thigh liposuction in a couple weeks. I am more nervous about the rhinoplasty, so much that it keeps me awake at night. Has anyone else been this nervous before having rhinoplasty done? I am nervous about having a bad nose job that will end up crooked or piggy looking. Any words of advise?

Thank you for your comments everyone who replied. Although, the majority of the replies said don't do it, or rethink getting the three procedures done at once, I went ahead and got all three done. I figured that since I was going to be in pain anyways, I should just as well get it all done at once. I must say, what hurt the most was my chest, my nose didn't even hurt and the lipo pain was minimal. I get to take my cast off tomorrow, yeah! I am confident that it will look great, from what I can tell, it is not piggy looking at all, but tomorrow I will be able to tell the results a whole lot better. The augumentation and lipo both look great too. Oh and the rhino is what cost I have listed, the total for all three procedures was $15,200.

Both times I have visited the office, the wait times were long, but Dr Berg is very good at what he does and takes time to explain the procedures and does a great consultation.

I would definitely rethink having 3 major procedures done at the same time. If you are scared to do your nose, don't. Wait till you see how the other procedures go,
Also, that doesn't sound like very much money to have 3 procedures done. Are you sure you have a good doctior? I also recommend getting specialists for each procedure. I wouldn't want someone known for breast augmentation to do my nose and vice versa.
If you've done your homework and chosen a board certified plastic surgeon who specializes in Rhinoplasty and has done a lot of them, I'd say to try to relax and enjoy the ride. If you get a chance, read my 9 Things I Wish I'd Known Before Rhinoplasty forum post. Hopefully you'll find it helpful.
