Day one with first trays on with 32 more to go on top and 25 for the bottom. First time last night trying to get them off for supper was scary took me 15 min but this am I was successful in 7. Felt pressure and slight ache so far and I still talk alittle off but no one else can tell.

I was thinking due to my age (57) that this was a foolish thing to do. He reasurred me that he even has had patients in their 70's. So far the experiance has been good but I have a long way to go.

Congrats on getting started!!

Yeah, a lot of people have mentioned a bit of a panic feeling when they first try to get the trays off & basically feel like they can't. I'm glad you were able to get them off & even cut your time in half already - way to go!!

Have you noticed your mouth feeling pretty dry with the trays in?
