I had already done an operation with Dr. Cruise...

I had already done an operation with Dr. Cruise last year for my gynecomastia, and just fell in love with the staff and of course Dr. Cruise. So this year, I had extra skin that wouldn't of just 'went' away and decided to remove it the best way I could.

Dr. Cruise started by mentioning that it was an invasive operation, he didn't try to sell me into it, he mentioned the recovery and last but not least he mentioned the benefits. Thats why I traveled half way around the world, from the Middle East, to do the operation with him. He was one of the few doctors I consulted that cared more about my recovery and my expectations before making a buck. And his staff were always caring and very friendly. I always got a reply by email or phone, almost immediately and through out my one year relationship with them, to this day they still ask me about my progress and how I was doing.

Just to give you an idea on what it was like from start to finish, as I know a lot of people serious about this operation are, let me try to sum up my experience in short bullet points.

1. I contacted and set up a Skype appointment by email through their site. Got a response the same day and options for the appointment.

2. Got the recommendation to move forward, and the risks were made clear to me before hand. This was 6-5 months before the operation.

3. After 10-20 emails back and forth about questions I had, I finally arrived in New Port in Feb 2015. I had my consultation visit and met with everyone before my operation.

4. I had to have a nurse present on the day of operation or to stay over at the surgical center, I opted for a nurse. The nurse was nice enough to arrange everything for me, including the things I needed the day of operation, and she offered to even drive me from and to the hotel I was staying after the operation.

5. I came to the surgical center and met the anesthesiologist and asked him to play 80's pop music during my operation for good luck, he obliged and said 'well thats what we allow to be played, almost exclusively.'

6. Fast forward after the operation, I wake up, and the first person I see is Dr Cruise waiting to tell me my operation went really well and what to expect that night. I received his own personal number to call after hours and numbers of his nurses, just in case.

7. Ever since that day, and to this day I have a nearly daily email or skype chat with the nurses who sometimes go above and beyond just to make sure everything is going well. I am serious, sometimes I ask them how they would summon all that enthusiasm as I probably got a bit paranoid about a few things sometimes.

At the end, I really love my results, and I really cant recommend Dr. Cruise enough. He really does go the extra mile, and most important of all you really are in good hands of someone who knows what he's doing and is really good at it.
