24 Yr Old Patient: Wanted a Real Looking Breast Augmentation and I Got It!!!! - Orange County, CA

I am a 24 yr old female, about 5"1 and 105lbs. I was a 32A cup and I was looking to be a large C-ish. I spent months looking at these websites and pouring over pictures. There is an over abundance of surgeons in Orange County however it was difficult to find a Dr. whose pictures looked natural and not absurd. I really wanted to avoid the "fake" look. When I went into my first consultation with Dr. Esmailian I was really nervous and I had already seen one Dr. that barely spent 5 min with me so I was feeling a little discouraged. Dr. Esmailian and Sam his office manager were amazing!!!! I never felt rushed and he spent a long time answering so many questions from my boyfriend and I. Sam was also great following up with me after every appointment and she checked in with me often after my surgery. After my first consultation I left the office and new I wanted him to perform the surgery and canceled all my other consultations with other doctors. I wanted a really natural look so we ended up going with the largest moderate plus implant that suited my chest diameter. Ended up with Mentor 300CC moderate plus implant. I did my incision around the nipple. Originally I didn't want people to really know about it, but now I am so happy with how they look anyone who comment I am instantly "yes I got my breasts done and they are perfect! If you are even considering it you have to go to my Doctor!" It have been only four months and I am a 32 DD in victoria secrete which means ended up about a D cup. It is perfect for my body no one that didn't already know me even thinks they are fake. I wanted people to be like wow that girls has a great figure… not wow that girl has a great boob job and thats what I got! Most my family and my boyfriends family still don't know they aren't real. I just had my final consultation and I can't believe how amazing they look. Even going into this I didn't expect them to come out this good. They feel super soft and move naturally… my boyfriend who was pretty hesitant about the whole thing is really happy with them too :) Anyone have any questions about my experience feel free to ask, because I can't say enough how great Esmailian and his staff were.
