I recently had rhinoplasty and I'm starting to get really scared about my results. I just wanted my weird nose to be tweaked a little, I had a really big nose with a hump, and i didn't want a small nose, just to fix the brokenness of my original nose and a better shape. I haven't told anyone about the surgery.

I'm looking in the mirror with my cast on and my nose looks really small. To a point where I'm freaked out. Does the cast indicate how big or small a nose is? Or is the nose really tightly squeezed in the cast? I'm really scared, I don't know if I can face people if it's too small!

Well the cast is off! And I couldn't be more pleased. It seemed like the doctor wasn't really listening to my requests but he did exactly what I said, he's fabulous. Couldn't be happier, no regrets! Finally no more cast:)

I had rhinoplasty exactly 3 weeks ago. I had a big bump on my nose and my nose curved a lot from the bottom as well. i wanted my profile to look better and fit my face, but I didn't want it totally straight, slightly soft hump was fine.

Now i notice that my profile is still just as big, and I was wondering if that was because of the swelling. The front of my nose got really swollen since I removed the cast and it's slowly going away, but my profile looks really big on my face still, better then before but still big! The shape is better though. Will it get smaller?

Do not worry, your nose looks great. It isn´t too small and looks much better than before. It looks less hump and the tip of the nose a little up, but the size of your nose is the same. So do not be scared :)
