Questions, questions, questions

I'm starting to feel I have questions which wern't answered. I don't know if I'm just freaking out a little or really don't know the answer. I feel like I haven't lost enough weight...I have a lot more to lose and the fat belly and saggy boobs made it hard to run, jump, just feel good. Will I have good results even if I still need to lose this weight? Will my skin be saggy when I do lose it? Why did the pre op nurse tell me to start using the medical soap 5 days before but then told me it was OK to use lotion if my skin got dry...doesn't that defeat the purpose? Ahhhhh I need these answers and it's too late to call the PS office!! Why doesn't the doctor want to flip me to do lipo on my flanks?? I see other doctors do this and it's just fine. I think I'm just questioning everything because I am of course a little nervous. Very excited but want the best results I can get and worried I may get so-so results. Anyone? bueller, bueller?!

Pre-op

I had my pre-op yesterday. Everything went smooth...during the before pictures I had my husband look the other way. I don't even like him to see me as I am now. The only thing I had a problem with was the bra the nurse gave me. She had me try on two bras one was a 42 the other was a 44. I normally wear a 38/40. The 42 felt good wasn't tight wasn't loose. Then she had me try on the 44 and it was loose she told me I should wear the larger one. I was concerned because I know I will have some swelling but my breasts will be smaller with the reduction. Will I really be that swollen to need a bra 4 sizes larger than I normally wear???

Weight

After reading everyone's posts I feel I haven't lost enough weight prior to my surgery. Will this affect the final outcome? My doctor says It will be easier to lose weight after but I don't see how that is possible if I am swollen for 3-6 months after. Advice please!! My surgery is 5-19 which isn't much time to lose.
