Consultation only: big scam! they don't care about you, just want your hard earned $$$ - also overpriced!

I have to say that this is probably one of my WORST experiences EVER with a surgeon and clinic... I had many consultations and from the very moment I contacted the listed number for a consultation, I felt like I was put down and lied to... I found this doctor on a plastic surgeons site similar to this one and there is a clinic (A SKIN CLINIC) that claims it is also Dr. Jugenburg's clinic and he is the best. He is their best doctor.When I scheduled my consult, they told me that I would meet with Kim and then the Dr.... they were also nice to offer me a local office so I didn't have to drive to Toronto (but the surgery is done in Toronto) I thought that was super thoughtful of them... SO I went to the consultation... when I arrived, it seemed odd that the clinic I entered was all about skin care but the girl assured me that they do both surgical and non surgical procedures... once I went into the office, the girl that was there quickly started pointing out my "wrinkles" and how ugly I am and that I should look like her because she is perfect due to many juvaderm treatments... (she clearly hasn't looked in the mirror under all that make up that was thickly applied like war paint! I am an attractive, well taken care of 35yr old fit woman) so she had no right to insult me like that. When I tried asking about the surgery that I inquired about, she kept ignoring me and saying more insults. It was incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. I take care of myself, even though I am 35yrs old but great athletic shape. I have been fighting injuries and loose skin from large weight loss on my body plus obviously my breast size decreased significantly... that's why I want the surgery...Anyway, after me basically telling her to stop talking and get to the point and enough insults, she finally told me that they do the surgery in Totonto and she will schedule a consultation for me with the doctor on a Saturday or Sunday... she claimed that she scheduled it while we were talking and gave me a date/time... after wasting 45 minutes of my time, insulting me then finally claiming I will see the doc (even thought that is not what I was told on the phone) we went home... I had a really bad feeling about it and crossed off this doctor off my list as a SCAM! ...After a couple weeks, of course I never got a confirmation of my appointment with this doctor, to humor myself, I called another number for this clinic and got another person, they never heard of me and said they don't even offer weekend appointments... so I asked to personally speak with the doctor and got his email address where I emailed him and his clinic and explained what happened... they assured me that it was a mistake and told me that I should come in and give them a chance to have a proper consultation, I waited about 3 months for an apt then when I went, they didn't remember who I was and basically made fun of me and told me that I'm lying and it's impossible for this to ever happen, yet one of the questions that the receptionist asked what who refered me, I told them where I original was sent to and she told me that they get a kick back for scamming people into various services!!! BUT the doctor denied that it's impossible he is listed anywhere but one website and that he doesn't come up on any other searches... he basically called me a liar to my face!Once I tried asking his advice and what he can help me with, he basically told me that he wont do what I need and that I do not have any options and only am able to do small lift and full transformation in order to remove my saggy skin.... he quoted me over 20 grand!!! That's insane when all other consults I went to, the doctors explained and gave me everything I needed for less than 14!...Needless to say, I know this doctor has very poor people skills and is strictly in it for the money, he is definitely over rated!!! I ended up finding my current surgeon in another city and he is incredible. Great bed side manners, great attention to detail, he listens and makes suggestions what will work for my small frame.. he has great personality unlike this dry unfriendly dr. Jugenburg and all for the fraction of the price!I truly believe you all should steer clear of scammers! He advertises well, maybe he is skillful but definitely not worth the money or heartache! I give him MINUS 10 STARS as my rating all across the board!
