I wouldn't know about saline implants properly placed, but my cohesive gel silicone are incredible and very soft. I was a much larger size in High School, I lost a couple of pounds, had a child that I breast fed, and suddenly needed to "fill in" some sagginess.

My first go round was 3 years ago and saline was used, malpositioned and way over-filled. They felt like grapefruts under my skin. Bad result. I Went to a good dr. and he fixed it. Would do it again, would just go to my second guy first.
