1 month post op today!

Hello ladies! Hope you are doing well. My boobs are getting softer and move a lot more than before. The incisions are kind of a dark red (I'll have to take pics) and kind of hard and lumpy so I've been massaging them and mashing on them and I think that's helped with making them softer. Still waking up with slight morning boob. I think sleeping in one position for too long makes my muscles sore. I've also been working out. Avoiding lifting weights that involve my pecs in any way so I'm pretty much bored to tears trying to find fun cardio workouts. If you have any suggestions I'd love to hear them :) my rt breast is slightly larger than my left and dropping slower. The size diff is not huge I think most people would not notice it but it still bothers me, and the fact that I was really hoping 400cc/425cc would close the gap between my boobs but I was too afraid to go bigger since 450 looked so huge on me. I went to vs and got measured at 34DD...but when I look at myself in the mirror I don't feel like I look big at all. When I wear clothes they look big and amazing, but naked, I'm kind of disappointed. Maybe it's just me and I have boob greed? Also my rt bigger breast is closer to the center of my chest and my left breast goes more to the outside. I think I should have just gone with 425 in both. I'm going to talk to my doc and see what he thinks of me getting a revision when I have my next appt in a couple weeks.

So everything is going good! Still waking up with morning boob mostly in my left breast but if I sit up or walk around for a little it goes away. The girls are still a little tender and my chest doesn't stay/get tight as much anymore which is great! Plus I started my massages on day 6 so that's been helping. I was instructed to do start it bottom (10x), top (10x) and side (10x) to side (10x) by using my thumb and index finger and pinching them together to get my implant to move. If anyone else has a different technique if love to hear it. Slowly starting to drop and get softer and more squishy, I'm just being super impatient. I'm actually starting to like them now, I'm just hoping and praying they end up looking like my wish boobs lol. Went shopping with my mom yesterday and we went to victorias secret. I got measured at a 34D and she said I could even go DD. At first she asked me if I was wearing a pushup bra and I said no. I was too embarrassed to tell her I just recently got them done :/ but yea I'm really hoping I'm still a little swollen bc I'd really like to be around the c cup range. There's only one concern that I have about my breasts. My left one looks like there's an indent like someone is pushing it. It gets a little sore especially when I push the girls together so I emailed my surgeon with pics since my next appointment isn't till next month. Hopefully they tell me good news.
