My regular doctor recommended Aesthetic Surgical Images and Dr. Edney. I met with him over a year and a half before I finally decided to have the surgery. Small children, the cost and small town gossip were the things that made me wait. I dealt with those, had a friend that had been through it so she could answer all my questions, I asked questions at the appointments and read reviews here on RealSelf (both good and bad). Size wasn't really discussed much ahead of time and that started to make my husband really nervous so we did a little bit of research on our own, like the rice test, asking friends what size they were, and viewing a website that showed photos by before and after size. Then the day of surgery we brought it up that we wanted them to look nice but not too big or drastic change. Dr. Edney simply said he would like them to look natural for my body size, what size my skin could hold and he wouldn't go too big because that isn't what he does. Then he got out a couple of the samples and we held them up and we decided. What we were thinking was exactly what he was thinking. It was nice to know that he wasn't going just make them as big as possible. He is straightforward, right to the point, answered my questions and I didn't have to wait long. The staff the day of the surgery was excellent also and could tell I was nervous. My results have been very satisfactory. I went from a very small A to a full C and couldn't be happier. At first I thought I should have gone bigger but now after swimsuit season and getting into a underwire bra - I have the perfect size for me!

At the first consultation he talked about what my desired results were and why I wanted the procedure. I had breastfed my 2 children and loved the look when I was full of milk and other reasons. He never made me feel uncomfortable because of my reasons. He always able to answer my questions. Once or twice it seemed as though he didn't have time but I spoke up and he took the time.
