I wanted smart lipo to tighten my skin from the previous two lipo procedures. Lipo will make your skin lumpy. Smart lipo was not only a rip off, but my skin did not tighten any! I am so upset with myself for spending that much money on something that was not only painful, but didn't work!

I'm not saying Dr. J doesn't know what she's doing, but I think it is a scam to get your money, and it costs so much more than traditional lipo. I had a very good experience witht my first lipo treatment, but after that, I would not recommend it. The wands that they use, tunnel through the fat and make the cellulite worse.

I guess just Smart Lipo with Vaser. I don't know what smart lipo MPX is.

hi- can you tell me how long ago you had your smart lipo? i am 12 weeks out and still hoping that my skin will tighten over time...?? Not sure...we will see.

I had my smart lipo Aug. 2007. I was hoping the same thing, that it would tighten up my skin, but it never did, just made it worse. Good luck to you.
