Like most women with large breast, I have chronic neck and shoulder pain. I'm having a reduction and Lipo under my arms aka side boobs. Nervous and excited. I have always had large breast. I'm 5'7" and wear a 38H. I was hoping to be a 38C but my PS said to be safe he will make me a 38D. I have broad shoulders so I'm trusting his opinion.
