The left breast is dropping as fast as the right side. I think it's because I am right side dominate. My doctor gave me breast messaging exercises to perform. I guess I need to be more consistent!
1 Month Post OP Breast Augmentation
I went bra shopping! I went to Dillard's first and was fitted into DD cups. I later went to Victoria Secret and fitted into DDD cups. The associate at Victoria Secret first had me try on DD bras and showed where the fit was not good. The DDDs were perfect! I am thrilled and feeling well. However, I continue to wear my sports bras mostly because they are still tender at times, especially in the evenings after a long day. I am anxiously awaiting the see how they will look in about 3 months after the final drop/fluff. I also continue to sleep in a bra. I forgot to ask my doctor was that still necessary.
Post Op Day #16
I had my post-op appointment with my PS (Dr. Sawan) on May 22, 2015. He said everything was coming along just fine. My boobies get a little sore at times if I "over do it" or have been very active. I occasionally take an ibuprofen which helps. Also, I thought my left breast was slightly bigger than the right one. Dr. Sawan explained they don't always heal / drop simultaneously or at the same rate. He demonstrated how to massage them to help them settle. My incision site is doing well with the glue still intact. I will start applying cocoa butter to my scar area daily. He also gave me the go ahead to go bra shopping. I expressed to my PS pre-operatively I wanted to become a DD cup and I think he made that happen for me. Again, I am very pleased and happy thus far.
