Ouch!

So week 1 was not fun. My mouth was filled with cuts, if I wasn't talking funny because of the plastic wrapped around my teeth, I was talking funny simply because it hurt to talk. I filed my trays but I got nervous I was filing too much so I stopped. Come to find out they weren't cut right which is why my mouth was in such pain. I filed more and after that I've been golden. I am nervous to switch to tray 2 tomorrow because I CANNOT repeat what I went through with the first tray. Oh well, let's think positive and hope the pain is dull or non existent from here on out!

Day 1

Ok so I went in to get my first two trays this morning and found out that every single tooth will get an attachment aside from the bottom 4 in the front. I was so bummed!
Anyone... all they had me do was try on set one to make sure I could get them on and off... and confirm they fit. They fit... they just feel thick... like I have a ton of plastic in my mouth (well I suppose I do). They just didn't feel like they look (thin and "barely there")
I am 10 hours in and no pain *knock on wood*... I'm sure that will change once I get my attachments in 2 weeks. In the mean time I'll just put up with the constant pressure I'm feeling...kind of like a giant bear hug around my teeth. It doesn't hurt, just a little annoying.
And if I haven't shared this already, I am using acceledent which will allow me to change my trays every week instead of every two weeks.
and ya know- with all the crazy amount of research I've done and videos I've watched... not one person mentioned condensation inside the invisalign while wearing them... whaaat?? Bleh.

The wait is almost over!!

My gosh the amount of time you have to wait for your trays to come in is ridiculous. I feel like a little kid on Christmas eve and it's killing me slowly. I get them tomorrow morning though and I am nervous and excited. I will be so sad if I find out that when I go back in two weeks i have to get attachments on my two front teeth since I already feel like they're huge buuut.... I'm sure I can locate my big girl pants and put them on one leg at a time.
Tisk tisk.

Now Im about to go hunt for people's reviews on IPR... Wonder if it hurts...
