So since I was a teenager I've had severe asymmetry. My right is a DD and my left has always been a B or A. I decided in February 2015 to have a lift and implants. I had a 450cc on the left , a 200cc on the right (with lift). After a few weeks I noticed no real change in my smaller breast so my PS and I decided on a 600cc implant. I had my procedure on May 18, 2015. I opted to be awake for the removal and placement of the 600cc under the muscle of my left breast. It was quite nerve racking but it was 100% pain free and a great recovery time. So far I'm still not sure it even has made a difference. But I really hope to see some changes. I'm only two weeks post op so we will see!
