I am 41 y/o and always had lower tummy but recently got the dreaded muffin top and love handles. I have researched this procedure for a year. I have read all the comments on reviews on this website and had soooo much anxiety...i almost didnt go thru with it but im soooooo glad i did. My doctor did vaser on my my entire abdomen and flanks and then back thru with the smart lipo to tighen my lower abs. Said he wasnt for sure if it would tighten as much as i would like but that is ok....mini tummy tuck will take care of it if not.
It has been a full 24 hours since i had it done and even tho my lower abs are still a little numb my upper is not and it really isnt that bad so far. Who knows what the next few days ahead may feel like but right now i am more than pleased. I felt a poke or two on my muscles but it was nothing drastic. I watched the entire time and the doctor was super enthusatic as he says most wont let him do what he wants too without complaint! Really? I cant imagine spending money and telling them to stop unless it really did hurt. I cant wait to see more results. My upper abs are already shrinking and Im still leaking fluid like crazy but i am up walking around the house, did a load of laundry and etc. The compression garment is uncomfortable but who cares if Im going to look freakin fantabulous!! :D
Ill give more updates as i progress and will post pictures soon!!!

Dr. J answered all my questions before i got to ask them. He was very enthused about sculpting me and took his time. He even stood me up a little for suctioning to make sure he got what he needed too. His staff was GREAT and so was he. I highly recommend him!!
