Hyperpigmantation - Ohio

I have two small hyperpigmantation spots from getting microdrmabrasion 7 weeks ago. I was wondering are they permanant and how can I get rid of them?

I am just not sure about the whole thing at this moment,Some things have improved and yet I am worried about the spots.I guess time will tell.
