Explant and lift 6 years later.
I had a capsular contraction on the right that started from the very beginning and was more and more painful, also causing an atomic distortion. I finally had and explant and mastopexy and I am so happy. I did not realize how heavy the implant were. I am so glad they are gone. I feel normal again. I should have paid for the mastopexy only in the first place.

I am feeling better over the last two days and more optimistic thanks to all the notes from you ladies. They still look a tad droopy particularly the left which had more initial sag, but I think the overall look (fullness and lift) is great and just enough to save myself a surgical lift. The left looks a little strange in the lateral and quarter views but in sorts bra and clothes they look great. Wearing a non push-up bra feels great.
