I totally got distracted with life and have forgotten to keep this updated! TODAY IS MY GIRLS' ONE YEAR BIRTHDAY!!! I love them!! I would be lying if I said I didn't have ANY boob greed, but I am so happy! I'll post more pictures too! I am currently a 36DD/36DDD at VS. I don't really feel like my girls look that big, but anything mallet and I have boob muffin top lol since I have moderate plus implants though, they are wider which I know makes a difference! I do wish I had more cleavage but prior to surgery the staff told me that I may not just because of my chest size and depending on where my muscles connected to my ribs.

Things have been going pretty smooth! I went back to work POD 4. The ladies def. feel the most uncomfortable in the morning. If I lean too far back at night to sleep I have crazy nipple pain/twinges with my left boob! I sit up a little bit & bam they go away.. So weird lol I was soooo uncomfortable from being constipated I actually went and had a colon cleanse done. So much better now!

hey fellow BA friends! It's PO day 3 today! Overall I've been doing great! Pretty minimal pain with pain meds on board. I do feel like the pain meds help WAY more than the Valium. Maybe that is better after you're more healed but idk if I'll need to use that at all. I have not had any nausea at all. I do notice my nipples keep hurting but it switches sides as to which one hurts. They feel pretty numb so I'm wondering if they are un-numbing or if they are just sensitive. Today I took my first shower without any assistance and I washed my surgical bra. While it was washing I threw on a spaghetti strap sports bra on then we went to breakfast with the in laws for Mother's Day. After my hubby and I made a quick trip to sephora & by the end of that time I was ready to come home to my granny bra just for that extra support. I know I'm just barely out and when I look at before to after I am thankful but I really wish the 525cc would have worked. I've told myself no to boob greed because I was so flat before, but when you are used to wearing a super padded bra you know what your boobs 'look' like. I feel like today I with a shirt on you can't tell because I always had on a "bombshell adds 2 cup sizes" bra. Idk what my size will end up being yet but I do LOVE them so far, just also wish they were a little bigger!

Last thing! Constipation. HOLY COW! I have always been very regular at LEAST two times per day.. It's Sunday evening & I haven't gone since Thursday morning before surgery. I'm dying. I look so pregnant! My belly is bloated out farther then my boobs. I have taken 3 stool softeners, 2.5 disses of miralax.. I'm eating regularly, drinking 80-100 oz of water daily .. I even had a fiber bar with no luck! :( any other suggestions?!
