4 weeks post explant
Hi all. Not much new to report, I am still doing well. One thing I do notice is that when I don't wear a sports bra that is tight, my boobs ache. It's so much better to keep them wrapped tight - sometimes I even wear two at a time!! Anyway, I am still happy to no longer have those inserts in, blah, hated them after awhile!!!! Am hoping to start doing some yoga or pilates and get in better shape. And I will say again, thank you all - I would not have been able to go forward with explant without your support!!!

No real change on my part. Everything looks good and the doctor is pleased with my healing. I cannot tell you all how blessed I feel that my process has been so seamless. As for my breasts, I am posting a couple of new photos, but there is not really much visible change from when they were initially removed. One funny thing I will mention is that the chubbiest part of my belly rivals my breast extension - which motivates me to blow that chubbiness out if possible. But then, that would require a bit (or a lot) of willpower - not my strong suit. Ha, rats.
Day 2 after explant
Not a lot to report. I have no real pain, will probably spend the day working on school stuff (I took the day off from my real job). Had my husband take some photos which I will post. I almost feel kind of guilty as my procedure went so well and others have really struggled. I will trade the guilt for positive energy to all of you who are struggling with the decision, or have the explant in front you. I will be forever grateful that I found this site, for all the real stories and emotions all of you have been so fearless to share.. Thank you.

Yesterday was my explant and I found Dr. Park to be amazing. He and his assistant made me feel comfortable and in good hands. My procedure was seamless. I wish I had found this doctor years ago!!! If you live in Southern California, I highly highly recommend Dr. Gregory Park - I cannot say enough about how great my experience with him was. I've had procedures done with other doctors but none compare with the positive experience I had with him!!!
