After having two children I had VERY saggy breasts with no tissue left in them and my skin on my abdomen was hanging. I work out a lot so I did not have much fat to remove but a lot of skin. Now I can wear anything I want, and it looks GREAT! He knew just the right size to go for my breast implants to fit my shape and my stomach now has a six pack!! I don't feel embarrassed in bikinis anymore and I can now see all of my hard work in the gym paying off!

I had my surgery done by Dr. Nijher in Ocala Fl. I have personally have had two different surgeries done by him and I can say the same about both experiences. His staff is very friendly, very informative, very professional. The office is very clean and has a nice feeling. I love Dr. Nijher, he always makes me feel very comfortable and his work is outstanding! I am so happy that I chose him and I will always choose him in the future! His surgical work is superior to all others I have seen. I have done a lot of research on the two surgeries that I have had and I knew what to expect as a result but he did a better job than what I expected! Dr. Nijhers nurses were so informative that I really was well prepared. There isn't anything that I think that they should have told me and didn't. My recovery was great, no problems at all. Would I do it again? Heck ya! I have recommended many of my friends and family to him and they have had same great experiences.
