Amazing! My Doctor and nurse have been very assisting in making sure I have all questions/concerns answered. I have had several friends use my doctor and have had successful stories as well. I have come to realize that no matter the surgeon you choose, there will always be someone who has something negative to say! Unfortunately, I always second guess myself and decisions I make... But this has shown me to ignore people who lack common sense and people who are Negative Nancies! lol.

4 Week Post-OP Update

Hey guys! I'm doing very well! In fact, there's not much I can't do these days. I'm still laying off the arm/ab exercises but I am back to running my 5K! Woo hoo! I was do depressed not being able to run. I'm a little over my 4 week mark, in fact I'm almost at 5 weeks. My scar looks amazing. I'll post a pic in a Lil bit. We're hitting the beach this weekend. Finally getting out of the house for some family time! I go to the doc tomorrow and I'm anxious to hear what he had to say about my progress! Alright girls, I will post a scar pic later!

You look great and no lipo huh? Did the "swelling" take long to go down?
No lipo! Is was kind of surprised because when.I had gone to a different consult at another office, they wanted to do a mini with a lot of lipo. I'm.glad I went the route I did because I've hears from.a lot of people that the lipo sites hurt the worst in recovery. Could be wrong, but couldn't be happier about my results! Swelling for me only lasted a few days ... I've heard a lot of girls complain of swell hell so I was waiting for it. However, my nurse told me that since there was no lipo, that meant minimal drainage. Thanks for inquiring!!!!
