Can't believe its almost three months since Apr 9th surgery
Still enjoy reading this site and will continue to awhile. This has been a good for me. Oh, insurance paid for all of this. I am so glad. I got the statement of charges from my insurance company today and was shocked. $48,000. Doctor quotes on price, but then when the surgery center, and the anesthesia, and other clinics put their bills in, it adds up. What a shock.

Dr Nijher is an excellent surgeon. I wouldn't go to anyone else. He has treated two of my daughters and me. He is a no-nonsense doctor who knows his job. He is fair in pricing and will work with the insurance companies to provide his patients the service they need. I was comfortable with him and his staff. Staff was very considerate, always answered questions and would work with you and your family in establishing appointments. I would have liked more time spent with me to get to know me better and after the surgery, I saw the doctor once to have the strips removed. I would have appreciated a call from him or the center to see how I was doing. I am thankful that I didn't have drains. He did such an awesome job that I have had no issues with the recovery. I would go back for other procedures and recommend him.
