I really wanted the surgery for comfort as much as looks. I wanted my breasts lifted so that I did not need to wear a bra or could wear a more comfortable one. I wanted both the implants and the lift. Because I am an older lady, I was uncertain what kind of response I would get from a doctor. I found Dr.Nijher very pleasant and informative. He spoke to my requests as he would any patient of any age and answered all my questions/concerns before and after the surgery. Dr. Nijher and his professional staff were very attentive and caring before and after the surgery as well as the recovery time. Following the surgery I needed assistance from my husband for the first week. The pain was controlled with Tylonal and ice paks. I followed the post surgery instructions to the letter and was golfing and bowing within 6 weeks. The follow up visits will continue for one year. It has now been 9 months and I am so very happy with the outcome of the surgery. I absolutely recommend Dr. Nijher and would encourage anyone of any age to trust him and his wonderful staff.
