More volume, particularly at top of breasts, to improve and balance my overall body shape. I wanted to look better in my clothes. I also thought the procedure would give my body a slightly more youthful apppearance which it did. All surgery has risks and I experienced pain the first couple days following surgery, but the results made it worthwhile.  I wanted to achieve a very natural look, greater volume at the upper portion of the breasts (similar to a lift) and a conservative change in size.  I am very happy with the results.  My recovery time was less than I expected.  Dr. Parungao was the third plastic surgeon I visited for an evaluation and I made the right decision by choosing him.
