A family friend is a dentist, while in the process of doing dental work she suggested we whiten my teeth.
I did 3 sessions of zoom. As stated in other reviews, the 1st one felt like nothing at all, but at the end of the second one I started to get some "zingers". The 3rd session was a short trip through hell, but I figured, I'm here already so I need to tolerate it, much as described before it felt like having a cavity drilled without the Novocain, LET ME NOTE!!! My teeth are VERY sensitive.
Right after my teeth are a few shades lighter, not fake white, but definitely an improvement from before. She put numbing gel on right after which actually caused more harm then good and made all my teeth ache.
Once I was home I took 2 aspirin and fell asleep, 7 hrs later here I am at work, with a little dull sensitivity, and staying away from colored liquids and foods. The only other whiting I've done prior to this was crest white strips and this morning I can compare the sensitivity to that or a little less of that. I also have taken home trays and a night kit which I have yet to use, all in all I am content.
