My old implants were over 20 years old, had some kind of coating on them that had deteriorated, were a little encapsulated and needed to be replaced. My breasts were also droopy, as I had children, which only exacerbated the pitosis of the tuberous deformity.

This man revised my complicated, constricted 20-plus year old implants on my tuberous breasts, improved my puffy nipples substantially and left me with much more natural looking, softer breasts. He performed a capsulectomy, breast lift and implant replacement. He lowered my crease for a much more natural effect. I cannot say enough good things about Dr. B.

Yay for success stories! And thank you for sharing yours here on RealSelf! I'm curious, did you go with saline or silicone?

I went with silicone both times. My originals had some kind of (polyurethane??) coating which was difficult to remove from the capsule. A tough job well done by George Beraka.
