I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Dr. Schwarcz's services. Not only is he attentive to detail and an absolute perfectionist, he is on top of it all a fundamentally nice and decent guy. We discussed the procedure beforehand, and I had made it clear that I wanted to retain my existing 'look'. In the days leading up to the procedure, I was worried that I might perhaps not be doing the right thing - I had seen otoplasties that went to an extreme ('alien' like, pinned all the way back, etc.), and was concerned that I would have my appearance changed so dramatically and unnaturally that I would be subject to teasing from my relatives and work colleagues for being overly vain. He accomplished the look so well and in doing so has improved my self confidence so greatly that I wish I'd discovered him 10 years ago. To top it off, even my parents, relatives and close friends couldn't tell that I had a procedure done, only that I looked "much better" and "healthier". I also have nothing but great things to say about the follow up process - I recall when I had some questions over the recovery phase in the days following surgery, Dr. Schwarcz was prompt, attentive and always available, even over the Thanksgiving holiday period, which I found truly remarkable. Needless to say, Dr. Schwarcz has helped change my outlook on the world and I am absolutely certain I will turn to him for any future needs in this area.
