I had an awesome experience with breast augmentation. I just got mine 10/11/2011 in White Plains NY. My breast are very symetrical and he gave me exactly what I wanted. I showed him pictures and he delivered. My boyfriend cannot stay away.

I got 400CC and it came out to a large C small D. I started with a full A. It was easy barely any pain afterwards and I would recommend it to anyone who desires larger breast.

Just wanted to give a quick update: It has been nearly 9 months since surgery. My breast keep getting softer and more natural looking with time. They get better and better every day. I also pretty much gained back all feeling and sensitivity.

Hi, I was looking in to going to have mine done with Dr. Farella. Do you mind me asking if you got silicone or saline?

I got silicone, they look like a playboy playmate. He did an awesome job and fitted me while I was in surgery. He did exactly what I asked for. Farella is the best!!!

Ill email you a pic if you want. Expect any option to be hard at first while you skin adjust to the implant. Mine looked hard at first but they are very soft now, proportional and the scares heeled perfectly, one of them is virtually nonexistant. I have friends who paid top dollar and have scares across their nipples. I heard silicone looks more natural but I heard there are ew cancer scares now and I have friends with saline and they also look great so I think they both wll look good. I may have gone with saline have i eard the news before geting mine done. For now I have no regrets, I love the way they look and am happy the way clothing fits and they way my body looks now. Farella is the best with breast augmentation. Always find a specialist with whatever surgery you decide doing.
