The Bad side of RS
since I discovered Realself in the latter part of 2014, this community of support has become closer than a friend. Yes closer because here I felt like I could tell it like it is, how I feel, share my insecurity and it is judgment free, just support and n guidance but the last couple of days I was exposed to the darker side of trolls who create profiles with no reviews but for the sole purpose of criticizing, being rude and speak condescending to women seeking support and somehow they getaway with it. The bad effect - skepticism to share our pics or stories. How sad are these people who do this? I believe they want surgeries and cannot afford it and so they spew hate..

It cannot be disputed that Dr Ortega is very knowledgeable and capable and will produce your desired results or very close to it at least. The administrative aspect was a turn off for me but probably it was a bad period or just my luck Idk. The ladies are not rude just not efficient. I am enjoying my results
