I have had laser hair removal a year or so ago and had great results, the hair fell out and thinned dramatically. Recently I wanted to get it done again as I am going to thailand and wanted the hair to fall out so I wouldn't have to shave while I'm away. The lady used the candela gentlelase pro and I felt no pain what so ever, I felt nothing and the machine was set at a fluency of 8 and pulse 5. She told me it was set low because of my hair type and that laser should never hurt.
It has been a week and my hair is growing back and the results are nothing like my previous laser experience. The hair is exactly the same. Did the person who did my laser put the settings to low to kill the hair follicle? I have read that if laser hurts then it is probably working and I literally felt nothing.
I am from australia.
