Feeling Sore - @ 3 Weeks!
3 weeks tomorrow and I honestly thought I would be further along in my recovery then I am. The incisions look excellent and are healing well, however, they are super painful. I have started massaging with oil and cream. How long did it take others before their incisions didn't hurt so much?? Is this normal?
2 Weeks Post Op - Feeling Down
2 weeks today but I feel down. They still really hurt (under the breast - incisions), I thought I would be in less pain now. I feel like they are more swollen today and I am not sure why. Not looking forward to going back to work in a few days, I am worried how I will survive a whole day. Hoping I feel happier tomorrow.
6 Days Post Op
I am happy with my progress so far, there is little pain now, however, I can't sleep properly. I woke up at 1:30am this morning and couldn't get back to sleep. I don't like being restricted to back sleeping. On a positive note I bought a new sports bra - 12D (34D) so that was exciting. They have really softened now and are no longer rock hard, I can move them about!
