I had smart last Wednesday on my flanks (back). It worked Great!! I am not heavy, 5'9" and 138 lbs., but I carried a lot of weight in my waist, love handles.
The procedure itself was not painful at all, although it took about 3 hours. The recovery has been good, more painful than I anticipated. I don't know how anyone could back to work right away. I would say allow 2 or 3 days before the weekend if you plan to go back on a Monday. I am wearing tight shirts and things I never would have worn before the surgery! I feel like my old self again. I will have my abs done in a few months. I would highly recommend smart lipo!
