Let me start by saying, this is one of the hardest decisions of my life. I am SUPER frugal and have a really hard time spending money on myself. I've had all sorts of emotions, from vanity to selfishness but I'm moving forward.
I decided to begin my pursuit of finding the perfect doctor 8 months ago. It just seemed as if there was an industry cookie cutter standard approach to this caliber of surgery. However, I am different as I suffer from Lupus SLE and I have a host of allergies and it was really important to find a doctor that could provided me with a tailored approach.
My surgery is scheduled for 4/16, I'll keep you updated every step of the way!!!!! 12 days and counting!!!!
