A year and one month post op

1 year Boobiversary update

One year later, I'm loving my boobs. I can't imagine life without them and cringe when I see my before pictures.

Pros: My boobs feel soft and bouncy and look natural in clothing. People still can't tell that I've gotten them done (unless I'm in a bathing suit.
- feels amazing to wear whatever I want and not be self conscious of my chest
Cons:
- my scars haven't seemed to get any lighter than the first month...and now I'm starting to worry a bit. What are my options now?
- the weather is getting pretty chilly and my implants feel cold!! I was starting to wonder why I was less tolerant of cold weather than before and realized my implants were not body temperature. I just hold my boobs for awhile (like a hand bra) and I warm up again.
- and of course....boob greed! I keep telling myself that my PS wouldn't be able to fit more than 300cc in my small 11 bwd and that it would be harder to find bigger cup bras (my fave line, aerie only goes up to 32DD)

More pics to come!

D&F at different rates

My left boob is dropping and fluffing faster and is also bigger than my right. I had mentioned to my PS initially before the surgery that the left was bigger n asked if I needed to get a bigger implant. He said it wasn't noticeable and not necessary. So now I'm worried that it's either just smaller or could it be a contracture? It looked pretty much like this since the 1 month post op though. Boob greed on my right boob now!

I was comfortable with the whole experience and was confident that he had perfected his work and would do a great job. His prices were a bit steep in comparison to other local surgeons, but the meticulous surgical care (before and after) made it worth it. I would definitely recommend him to anyone considering breast augmentation. Also, his anesthesiologist Dr. Randy Gaynor and nurses had exceptional bedside manners and were an absolute delight and put me at ease throughout the whole nerve wracking process.
