I have to say, that no matter what you do, don't.
First, if you do, you deprive your body of sodium, which is actually essential and you can Get sick.
Second, for a more fat woman that could easily be 40 litres. Imagine drinking 40 litres of water. A DAY.
It is close to impossible, you'd stay all day in The privates.
And that is just not me, that is a medical fact.
Drinking half your bodyweight a day is not, regardless of toxins and acids coming out, healthy.
And something else.. Fat acids are shed out of your body through Your feces, not your urine.


If 40 liters was half a person's body weight, they would weigh 2404lbs. If you are not drinking the proper amount of water you won't make a bowel movement or have the maximum weight loss results.

You drink half your body weight in ounces. If you weigh 200lbs you would drink 100 ounces of water :) hope this helps
