Ok ladies so first let me tell you the bs my insurance put me through. I,get approved for my surgery and had to call my insurance bc I was changing my PS to a,diff PS....ok had insurance change it in the systems. They say they're sending out my authorization & I should receive it in a week. No letter. Call them AGAIN letting them know still no letter. Im then told I should get it on Mon (it was Thursday btw) ...so I say ok and then Mon comes, which is a holiday. So I tell myself ok if its not here by Thursday hell will be raised. Thursday comes no letter s o as you can imagine, im pissed. I call my insurance FOR THE LAST TIME. I explained to them how Ive been calling and waiting for this authorization to be sent to my new PS and they proceed to tell me they've sent two letters already....impossible smh. Idk who they sent them to but I nor my PS didn't receive either one. i get transferred to like 4 different ppl before FINALLY talking to someone who can fax the letter. My surgery date is 4/3/15 and I couldn't be happier :)

So my insurance approved my surgery! !! Its scheduled on 2/25/15 soooo exciting! !!!! Can't wait! !!! I need to make a list of things I'll need to buy. Any suggestions?
