6 months

Hi beautiful ladies, so I'm very excited to share that I did some blood test and the antibodies have dropped! Before the surgery I had 52 and now is 42!! So my body is healing from this autoimmune disease. I follow a strict gluten free diet and I'm taking suplemmets to help heal my gut too.

And since summer is getting closer I bought some bathing suits to see which fit better with my new tiny boobs.

A side story, it's so funny that my daughters (4 & 2) think that I have big boobs lol is all about perspective right?

Hugs and a healthy recovery for all of you..

Mud packing to detox

Using mud packing to Detox. I started with my feet and hands, and put some in my thyroid and breast as you can see. This can pull heavy metals out of the body and help with the scars. Hope this helps :)

4 months and one week

I've wanting to share with all of you was has been going on in my mind.
I don't regret the Explant at all and I don't mind having small breast but what I don't know if it was the right desition was to take the capsules out. I read many stories and sites of women that take the them out for Health reasons and all of them advice to take the capsule out to not leave any residue. So I was sure that that was the way to go. My implants were almost 14 years old but they weren't rupture. One of the drs that I spoke with recommended to just take the implants out without doing any lift and wait 6 months to see how they would heal unfortunately I didn't do it like that. ( but at the same time maybe I need it to take everything out for the sake of my health) :/
My breast are uneven, empty in the middle. So now I'm thinking to do some fat grafting. But I don't know if is a safe desition. There is a lot is different opinions about it too. I just want them more normal looking fuller in the middle area. I don't think they will fluff because they look the same, the scar is improving and I know that can take a year to look normal and I'm fine with that but is the shape that I'm not 100% pleased. The should haves are not fun in the mind.
