I have hyperpigmentation all on my forhead and sides of my cheeks. I get two photfacials every early spring and two every fall. It fades all the dark spots and evens out my skin. I have tried all kinds of treatments and this works expecially well for me.
It does come back..thats what hyperpigmentation does, its a lifetime issue once you get it. All it takes it just the reflection of sun... if your not happy with the photofacial, maybe try it somewhere else, machines vary.

Hi Wilson,
Good information about Hyperpigmentation, so many of the community members try to make it go away, but if it doesn't that is good for people to know. Also your suggestion about trying someone else is good too. Do you have any pain or downtime from the procedures? We would love to see pictures. Please keep us updated.
Thanks so much for the review,
-Britt
