“Tummy Tuck - New Jersey”

Had a tummy tuck and the doctor did not do it the way I thought he pull all the skin down streching out my belly button. now i look like i have a line instead of a belly button. I went back and asked him to fix it and he said i should give it more time well here we are a year later and still I am so upset paid all that money and I didn't get what I wanted can it be fixed?
