after four kids 11, 10, 6 and 3, and a 70 lb weight loss I have decided to do it and get rid of the loose skin. I am I great shape, I exercise on the elliptical an hour a day and kick box on the weekends.... I am so nervous, how long until I can use the elliptical and kick box again? Will upload pictures later.

After another consult decided to do a breast lift also, so had to reschedule my surgery until August 23rd, which seems like forever away ;-(
Well at least now I have more time to prepare myself or drive myself insane waiting.
I am hoping they have a cancellation and can squeeze me in earlier, we will see.

Once again rescheduled for June 22nd.....ARH!!...Now I am very nervous. So much to do. The doc told me I should have a really quick recovery since I am in such good shape - I hope he is correct.

I cancelled...again....SO scared.....I am a very active person and worry I won't be able to handle the down time. I also worry my kids are going to be scared and upset seeing me in pain and discomfort. I really really want to do this and feel this is my only opportunity...why do I keep on backing out? I need words of wisdom, please/

Finally scheduled for July 12th. Trying to decide whether to do breast lift also. For anyone who has had a breast lift, how much pain and discomfort is involved? I have very low pain tolerance so want to keep things to a minimum, but I feel since I am already going to be under I might as well do it all.

Cancelled...again....maybe will try for winter early spring time. Am doing the BL on August 2nd though.
