2 weeks today. Already see dramatic results !!...

2 weeks today. Already see dramatic results !! Only thing bothering me is flanks are still a little sore and belly button is sore(probably from bending and such)
LOVE LOVE LOVE DR. GARBER !! He made this feeling of confidence a reality. Am so excited to see how this keeps going when I finally cn get back to regular gym work outs .

Better every day...tried on uniform pants and even...
Better every day...tried on uniform pants and even with swelling I can see a small difference already...however, I don't think the 3" belt buckle is gonna work. Will just have to work around it...no pain meds yet today but will take 1/2 before bed.
Found that the recliner for the first couple of days, because of it being sore moving around, was the way to go but did ok sleeping in bed last night...
Kinda got used to my little afternoon naps but work tomorrow !

Day 3... Got a 12" binder which covers whole ab...
Day 3...
Got a 12" binder which covers whole ab area top to bottom and so much more comfortable. The 9" ones from the Dr. We're not quite long enough so I had to wear 2 so nothing hung out the bottom or top.
My husband sees a big change ( I have a waist now ! ) but I'm not gonna look in a mirror unti my 2 week check up cause I don't want to look until some more swelling is down.
Am taking 1/2 pain meds today cause it is helping me get around much easier.
Would still absolutely recommend it to anyone who has areas that are just not responding to exercise.
Am watching what I am eating especially now cause I can't so any exercise for a little bit.

hi l am karen 3 weeks a go l had lipo on my abs and flanks l am wearing magic knickers for 6 weeks l found for the first week l could hardly move but now l am in my 3rd week l feel not to bad am back at work but l have not fu fully look at my self yet as l dont want to be disapointed but my husband said it really shows the differcent.
