I had to have dental implants since my 12 year old bridge broke a few years ago, it is a very long and arduous process but I think it was pretty much worth it and I had no other choice if I wanted teeh.

My complaints are that the arch on the side with my implants is way too high so when I smile big you can see that, it was not that way with the bridge :-( anyway I had bone grafting done so that would not be an issue but it ended up being one, also my 2 front teeth have shifted and seem more buckish since the implants as well, over all I am ok with it, better than having NO teeth right?? not a lot of fun with the surgeries and all but again no choice really so i'm ok with them*

actually my smile has continued to change and not for the better, seems the implants has pushed my 2 front teeth forward and the arch on the side where the bridge impant is is way to high due to bone loss(thought my bone graft would take care of that?) I had braces 16 years ago and now it seems I wasted my money :-( I still rather have the implants so I can eat properly but appearance wise not thrilled, if you are having a tooth replaced soon after it gets pulled I'm sure you won't have the results I have, they r great but my teeth shifted and I had to much bone loss.

still think my 2 front teeth shifted after the dental implants and my smile has changed, found out I have bone loss, not happy about that, I take calcuim supplements and hormores for menopause, I take good care of my teeth, don't know what else I can do :-(

Great review?

Dr, is great, his staff are ok but have that money before hand or you won't get treated...

Hi Megan, I had bone loss originally that is why the doc siad I needed the bone graft, so that my teeth would be even across, not some teeth higher than the rest..don't know what happened but the implants sit much higher than my natural teeth? I found out I have overall bone loss this past year when I went in for a cleaning :-( I thought I took good care of my teeth..

Sorry to hear you found out you are having bone loss. Did the dentist just mention it, or are they recommending something be done for it, such as a bone graft?
