There were no cons. It was easy, very little bruising. It was done under local sedation, It has brighten my face, I look younger and feel younger. I had very little swelling and went back to work right away.
I wish I wouldn't have taken so long to have this procedure done. I'm considering Fat Tranfer to my buttocks next.
