I work out all the time, but there were a couple of areas that I've always had problems with. When I heard that cool sculpting was a noninvasive procedure I knew it was for me! The procdure itself is an hour long, if anything it's just a little uncomfortable.. It's worth the time and money.
The staff at NCD was super accommodating, and nice.
