I realized I had Gynecomastia several years ago. As I started getting in better shape (gaining muscle, losing body fat) the Gynecomastia was becoming more and more apparent. I had been researching a doctor for almost a year before I decided to go with Dr. Cruise. My first impression of the website was that his office was very professional and knew exactly how to handle my case from first inquiry to the 6 month post-op checkup.
I sent an inquiry request and was immediately scheduled a consultation with Dr. Cruise by the Patient Care Coordinator. Upon my first visit to the office, I was greeted by the coordinator then taken into a patient room where one of the nurses met with me and went over my background, reason for the inquiry, etc. I then met with Dr. Cruise, who from the start was very professional and sincere with achieving my goals. He explained to me the different types of Gyneocamstia, which type I had, the details of the procedure and recovery process.
I then met with the coordinator again to go over payment options and was sent on my way to think it over. I knew right away that I wanted to go with Dr. Cruise and sent my acceptance response that day. We then set a date for my procedure moved forward with processing the payment plan. Payment was a breeze and after the initial setup, I didn't ( and still haven't) had to deal with any issues on that front.
On the day of my procedure, I started by taking all the necessary medication then arrived at the office. The nurses were very caring and made the preparation as smooth as possible. I do fully remember the whole procedure, but didn't feel any real pain (local anesthesia was the worst part). I was in an out of the office within a few hours.
Recovery process was not the most simplest thing, but I was briefed on everything beforehand and was ready for it. I had a few minor setbacks with inflammation and fluid buildup, but Dr. Cruise and staff were very responsive and helped handle those promptly.
I am now about 6 months post-op and and very satisfied with my results. I now never have to worry about what I wear or when taking my shirt off and it couldn't be better. I am very much into fitness and living a healthy lifestyle, and it feels great to know that I have nothing stopping me from showing off all the hard work. Going through with plastic surgery can be a bit intimidating but Dr. Cruise and his awesome staff helped made that process just like any other doctor's visit I've had.
I'd recommend Dr. Cruise to anyone looking to have Gynecomastia surgery or any other type of procedure. Life's too short to not be happy with your body. Just do it already! You'll feel much better afterwards and have the rest of your life to enjoy it!
