A Great Experience - I’m extremely pleased with the results - Newport Beach, CA

I was asked to expand my review a little, so here goes. I'm 5'5", 130 lbs, over 50 and was a small B cup. This is something I've wanted forever, but never had the time or guts to go through with. I told Dr. Sadati I wanted to be a C cup, but didn't want to overdo it - nothing looks more fake to me than boobs that are unbelievably bigger than your genetics. I settled for 280cc Allergn Natrelle Model 410 moderate projection cohesive gel silicone. This was bigger than what I had originally planned, but Dr. S said most gals end up wishing they had gone larger rather than smaller. I'm glad he convinced me of this, because I would have been disappointed with the size I had been contemplating. For me, what I picked seems to be just right.

Tomorrow I will be three weeks post op. I had inframmary (under the breast) incisions with subglandular placement. Surgury lasted a little over an hour and was uneventful. I was on my way home in about an hour. Dr. S also corrected a slight droop in my right breast and it now seems to be aligned nearly perfectly. Any swelling has gone down, my incisions have healed completely and it looks like the scars will eventually be invisible. I'm using Scar Gel twice daily to minimize the appearance of the scars - my previous experience is that this makes them nearly disappear. I had minimal pain to begin with, but all of that is gone now except for some minor pain in my nipples due to expansion of the tissue. As of today I got rid of my 24/7 sports bra and began wearing a regular 36C bra. I was really getting tired of that sports bra! Also, I plan to sleep tonight without a bra - yes!. Last Friday (15 days post-op) I began messaging exercises Dr S gave me to minimize the chances of capsular contraction. This consists of squeezing the breasts from the bottom, sides and top in 10 second repititions for about 10 minutes. The docter directed me to continue these until my 8 week post op visit6. Since I started doing the exercises my breasts have softened considreably and have begun to feel very natural. My implants initially rode fairly high, kind of overperky, but are now starting to relax into a more natural appearance. Dr. S told me I can expect a very natural teardrop appearance with more of the mass of the breast below the nipple. It will take up to a year to fully develop, but I can already see it going in the right direction, and it looks natural enough right now.

I don't know how I could be any more pleased with the outcome of the surgery, the recovery process and with the skill, professionalism and aesthetic judgement of Dr. Sadati. This has been a completely wonderful experience that has made me feel younger, more attractive and more self confident. It was much easier and had less pain than I had envisioned. The most important thing is to choose the right professional to do the job. You can't go wrong with Dr. Sadati.

I love my results. For me the recovery time was short and the discomfort was minimal. I am forming a whole new and more positive personal image of myself and my only regret is that I didn’t do this much sooner. Cosmetic surgery is not something to be taken lightly or to cut corners on. You owe it to yourself to choose the very best provider of this service.
